Looking For Cheap Vacation Destinations

I'm looking for cheap vacation destinations.I know that some areas are cheap and some are more expensive. I have heard that Belize is more expensive because there are higher shipping costs for the food, drinks, etc...I would also think that a vacation destination would be cheaper if there is a lot of competition with lots of resorts to choose from.I have heard stories about people taking vacations in India or other places where you can get a room for $10 and eat for a dollar or two.
