Warm Vacations

The first rule of a good fitness vacation is to avoid all inclusive resorts. No matter how many hiking and biking trails, weightlifting programs, aerobics, meditation, and other fitness activites that are offered, your overall fitness vacation will be a negative sum if you are surrounded by all you can eat buffets and all you can drink bars.

Start your fitness vacation where distractions will be at a minimum and where trails, mountains, and other fitness activities are at a maximum. The mountains of Costa Rica are recommended for the lush trails and also for the hot springs that will ease your muscles after an exciting day on the trails.
