If you are looking for some nice budget resorts in Negril, I highly recommend working with Bob and Susan at OneStop Vacations. 

Negril is a laid back beach town in Negril with a beautiful seven mile beach.  The northwest end of the beach is mostly all inclusive resorts.  The southeastern end of the beach has more fo the smaller locally owned resorts.  Theses smaller resorts are the ones that OneStop vacations specializes in.
